For the last 17 years we have been dedicated to helping people quit smoking and staying smoke free. Smokers have already programmed themselves to smoke. A lot of them think that smoking relaxes them, but the fact of the matter is that the poisons in cigarettes cause a kind of temporary paralysis which smokers think it is relaxation, by the time that temporary paralysis is gone the smoker is ready for their next cigarette and so goes on the cycle
on and on and on.....
